Frequently asked questions
What are your consultation charges?
Can I use insurance or MediSave?
Yes. Most procedures with a TOSP (Table of Surgical Procedures) code are eligible for MediSave and insurance claims. Our staff will guide you through the claims process and pre-authorisation to help reduce out-of-pocket costs.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required. You can book an appointment directly with us. If you have prior scan results, lab reports, or referral letters, please bring them along for a more thorough consultation.
Can I seek a 2nd opinion?
Absolutely. If you’ve been diagnosed elsewhere and would like a second opinion on your condition or treatment plan, our specialists are happy to assist.
What to expect during my consultation?
Your doctor will review your symptoms, medical history, and any existing test results. Further tests, such as imaging or blood work, may be advised. You’ll also receive a personalised assessment and treatment plan.
Are keyhole (minimally invasive) surgeries offered?
Yes, our surgeons offer laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery when suitable. This minimally invasive approach typically results in smaller incisions, reduced pain, faster recovery, and a shorter hospital stay.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We offer short waiting times and aim to accommodate urgent cases or same-day consultations when needed. Please contact us for availability.
